Leading Equality & Inclusion Initiative

Recognising an initiative advancing equality, diversity, accessibility and inclusion across travel and hospitality. Entries may address employment, leadership, representation, accessible travel, inclusive visitor experiences, supplier diversity or the removal of barriers faced by underrepresented groups. Judges will consider the depth of the initiative, measurable outcomes, stakeholder involvement and the extent to which lasting organisational or sector-wide change has been achieved.
